SlowBlast! features a real-time slowdown feature (called "Instant Playback" in the options menu) which is, by default, turned on. On computers less than 300MHz, this can cause stuttering. The cure, on slower computers, is to turn off this feature and wait a few seconds for SlowBlast to process the sound before playing it back for you. This should give you smooth and delightful playback at any speed.
