1) Click on the name of the program from the main menu.

2) You will go to a page that describes the converter.

3) Click on the word USA where it says "Download: USA" with the USA in GREEN.

4) Your download should start.

5) Just so you know, a TIFF file is a Tagged Image File Format file - a PICTURE file, not a SOUND file.
