great job

nice program, KeNji. the gogo.dll and vbmp3.dll can be extracted from other programs that use these dll`s...found on the internet, so mp3 files can be loaded into soundengine and wave files can be encoded into mp3`s. i`ve tried this and it works great. just put the dll`s in the soundengine folder. in my view, this program is the best FREE wave editor out there. i especially enjoy working with the effects. you can save your settings at any time. the downside is not much english support, but this is a simple program to learn on your own.
