Try Wave Repair 32. It is $30 and you can download it from "homepages.nildram.co.uk/~abcomp/Lp-cdr.htm". This web page also has a good review of various audio restoration software packages. It allows you to remove pops and clicks from wav files. It has a real time automatic declicker and realtime equalizer. It allows you to manually redraw the wave to remove each individual click. Therefore it is very tedious to use and very time consuming but the results are very good. Also, it does not remove hiss or crackle but it can be a valuable addition to your audio restoration "toolkit".
