Similar to the stereoizer, which adds 'stereo spread' to a mono signal by splitting the frequencies into bands and then shifting them differently in the R and L channels, but this time allowing indiviudal frequencies to be tuned and then moved in the stereo field. Good for widening rhythm parts and moving individual sound components around.
