: : : : Is this an updated version of Texture by Roger Powell version 3 that was released by Magnetic Music about ten years ago? If so, not only do I still use this program but even by today's standards, this is a powerfull sequencing tool. Very similar to a multi-track recorder and a program that you can get a lot done in a hurry with.
: : : My question exactly.I was introduced to Texture back in '88 through a songwriter friend, and started using it myself.I did get Texture 4 a few years back, and was curious about updates.
: : : Can anyone help?
: To whom it may concern:
: www.magneticmusic.com or .org or .net will call up the Texture/magnetic music home page.
: The word is, Slim Heilpern has been slowly working on the sequencing application so it can be run native on today's PC.... Today meaning, a la' 2004 and beyond.
: Keeping my Fingers crossed.
Hi,
I have Texture running fine on Windows XP, and using it for live work on the same computer with Gigastudio .... just thought you might like to know... congadude@gmail.com
