Software Description

TMPEGenc converts AVI files to MPEG1, the format which is used in VideoCD. Using the variety of options in TMPEGenc, you can compress your video file in high quality.

TMPGenc enables adjustment of bitrate, qantize matrix, GOP structure, Interlace and many other parameter so that you can create the most appropreate movie file depending on your purpose.
