DDE is a form of windows commumication used often
to create program groups and add icons to the
Start Menu by installation programs. This means the
installation was not able to communicate properly
with the Windows 95 shell.

Rebooting your computer will reset many internal
structures used by Windows and the installation
should be successful after a reboot.
