You can choose different audio format if you like.

Rosoft CD Extractor is a program you use to record your Audio CDs into wave of mp3 files. This program to is very easy to use and does the job quickly. You can select from a wide range of mp3 formats. You can record a part of a track, download information from FreeDB the main database for Audio CD information on the net.

The program also includes filters such an equalizer, a pitch, a half speed control without pitch shift and a volume control. All these can be turned on and off. Rosoft Audio Converter is a program that encodes and decodes mp3 files with help of the lame encoder plug-in. With help of other plug-in program that works as shell programs you can basically encode and decode any files. Not only audio files you can use the program to set up a list avi files that will be encoded to mpg files. The only thing you'll need is a program that converts avi files to mpg files.

cd burning

i just bought a new hewlett packard computer equipted with a cd burner.
The only problem with this is that i can't find any live concerts to burn
that are not in the mp3 format. i was wondering how do i change mp3 cds
over to wave so that i can burn cds and listen to them on my stereo.

I bought a Tdk drive that comes with an automatic .wav to .cda (cd audio) converter built into the drive.. But what you need is a program that will convert your MP3 to the cd audio format or your stereo wont understand the disc format.. The cd audio format is humongous though. so be sure you have the space to do it,, a Live concert may pose a problem if it's not seperate tracks..

Hi, I found a cool and functional online auction web site second only to fee-bay (you know who I mean).

I saw your web site while searching Google and have found it a nice place to spend a little time.

When ya get a chance, please come over and say 'Hi' on our chat boards.

The address is Online Auction.

I've been there almost for 4 years now. And, although it's not a living (for most of us), it's still a fun place to hang out and make a little extra something with friends.

Thanks for listening... hope to see you there.

Re: cd burning

just get an mp3 to wav converter.

3 min. mp3 song -- 3-4 megs

3 min. wav file -- 30-40 megs

ie a cd holds 650 megs (little more than 1/2 a gigabyte)

you need this much space.

U don't need mp3 to cdda (cd audio) coverter. I also burn cds. Wav files are read by all stereos

playing demo

moon man had problem with this program back in July, but the Ripper folks seem to have fixed the static bugs. However, the sound quality is fuzzy in 1/2 speed mode. But that's probably the current state of technology. The program is worth a review.

CD Ripper

I just downloaded CD ripper; here's my two cents

I wouldn't bother. Something is apparantly wrong with the file. My cd played back with lots of static and skipped; also several error messages popped up, and my computer froze twice. This hasn't happened with other programs, so I assume it's CD ripper. Needless to say I deleted it. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a good ripper/encoder

Re: CD Ripper

Go to musicmatch.com and download the free beta version of the mp3 ripper. The files turn out crystal clear and you may also burn mp3 files directly onto disc.

The program tells you when it is downloading not to run any other programs while it is running. If you know of a program that doesn't please let me know
thanks
