Software Description

Prosoniq TimeFactory 2 takes time stretching and pitch shifting to the next level by giving you unique and unparalleled control over all aspects of your sound files. TimeFactory 2 is the only application that combines all leading time stretching algorithms that are used in the major audio editing applications at this time, giving you access to the latest in technology from one single user interface. No need to buy dozens of programs - you get them all in just one application.

File Format Support and Surround Processing: Version 2 supports all popular file formats and offers 5.1, 6.1 and even N.1 surround processing in perfect phase sync - converting between different frame rates for film and TV has never been easier! What's more, you can decode and combine an unlimited number of files into one multichannel file which you can then process and export - time stretching multi-channel files has never been easier. TimeFactory 2 supports all popular word lengths up to 32bit and sample rates as high as 384kHz.

MPEX3 Processing: TimeFactory makes use of the latest version of Prosoniq's MPEX which is the industry standard for time stretching and pitch shifting. The latest version has been tremedously improved in both quality and speed of processing. Almost every major digital audio workstation or audio application on the Mac and PC uses MPEX to achieve high quality, crystal-clear audio time stretching.
