Having downloaded Ultra Recorder - I find it very useful - I tried to register it using VISA through Kagi two weeks ago. I still have not heard from them even though I have re-emailed them. This is worrying. Can you help?!!

Warning re Registration
Having downloaded Ultra Recorder - I find it very useful - I tried to
register it using VISA through Kagi two weeks ago. I still have not
