SD II to Akai S-1000 Utility for Mac/ Making my own CD-Roms for

What software can I use to create Akai S-1000 format CD-ROMs for my
sampler, I want to make my own custom Akai standard CD-ROMS from my
Sound Designer II files i've made in Pro Tools, etc?
Also I would like to be able to set the Programs & Keymaps/Velosity
crossfades from the Mac as well, if at all possible.
