VU Player bug??

downloaded your VU player to play my old collection of MOD files, ok? It does work great, except, during a song, any song, the volume level goes bizzerk! Gets super loud and blows me outta my chair! I opened up the cool vintage analog VU meters, and they just peg and stay there when the volume goes nuts. If I start another song, it may, or may not behave itself. What a shame, cause I like the player.
