Software Description
Boogex is a guitar amplifier plug-in with a variety of sound shaping features. With Boogex it is possible to get heavy distorted sound as well as slight distortion sound. Boogex is also able to apply any speaker cabinet impulse response (selection of built-in impulses is available). Processing latency is very modest - 96 samples (2.1 ms at 44.1kHz). Boogex comes with several example factory presets.

oh wow, boogex rocks. what's best is that it's *FREE*. Voxengo is a great brand of plugins all around, but boogex, in my opinion, is their absolute best. it is one of the best quality free amp sims i have ever used, it stands up to the fairly pricey ones as well (and with little competition i might add) and it's very easy to use. the presets available are nice, and very from smooth and jazy,to heavy and dark,with some great sounds in between. after using boogex, your standards will change completely.

This is one of the best modeling amp VST plugins available and its free. Why is it so good? The graphical ephasis screen, the intuitive tube parameters and the cabinet impulses combine to give the ultimate in flexibility qnd versatility.
