How2convert ESI4000 CD-Roms

Hi again,
another question:
How to convert Sample CD-Roms from EMU-ESI 4000 to WAVE or to xxxx ?
I have read the Tracks with Nero and converted them to RAW, but the Samples are to noisy, i cant use them.
Have any an Idea ?
