Alpha Pegasi is sample-based synth plugin that is still in development.

It features 4 oscillators that carry 86 instruments in 6 categories, including essentials like Envelope, Gate, Vibrato, 3 band EQ and Delay. This plugin is designed to produce various Pad and Synth sounds.

The four LFOs offer flexible routing, they can be routed to any OSC Amp, Pan and EQ. Although the plugin is meant to produce Pad and Synth sounds, its full-spectrum modulation can make it produce miscellaneous spacial and atmospheric effects.

According to VST Zone, the final version will have a preset generator with options to save subpresets for convenient and quick preset creation. Video demos showing how the synth works will be available soon.

Alpha Pegasi is currently only available for donators.
