Downloading MIDI files in SMFO of converting using shareware.

I have recently purchased a Casio Keyboard and want to
download midfiles from the internet to use in it.
Downloading is not
a problem, however I haven't been able to find a website
which has MIDI files in SMFO format. I need this format
because it is the only format my keyboard recognises.
If you can tell me where to get MIDI's in this format
or can tell me how to convert other MIDI's to this format
