arp4midi: An evolution of arp2midi, joins Chris Kerry's arpeggiator with contemporary synchronisation functions, adding gate offset (eg. early or late) host position based sync, and lobster ('humanise')

Includes arpeggiate and phrase modes, 16 step sequencer assignable to gate or arpeggiator step.
