CD to Hard Drive

I'm looking for a program which will allow me to transfer CD's to a hard drive, catalog the CD's and then play them back in a 'jukebox' format from the hard drive to my home stereo system WITHOUT compromising sound quality. (Using a Mac system with 800GB external hard drive). Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated.
