| iTuneMyWalkman is an iTunes script that will synchronize a playlist called iTuneMyWalkman to your Sony Ericsson Walkman phone. The playlist can be either a regular one or a smart playlist. Please be patient while the files are copied, since it takes a while. You will be notified when the copying is done. The script puts the files in the folder MSSEMC/Media files/audio/ on the phone's memory card. This is how the card is organized on my phone, but I have no idea whether it is always that way. If the script does not work, please let me know if the directory sctructure on your card is different. Limitations: Instead of really synchronizing the tracks, this version just copies the files from the playlist to your phone. So tracks already present on the phone are not deleted even if they are no longer on the playlist. If there is not enough free space, you have an option to delete every track from the phone first. The script does not really wait for the trash to be emptied, so it will probably tell you that there still isn't enough free space. In that case, just run the script again once you see that the trash is really empty. Installation: Copy the script to ~/Library/iTunes/Scripts/ Usage: Create a playlist called "iTuneMyWalkman" that contains the tracks you want to synchronize, plug the USB cable to your phone and choose iTuneMyWalkman from the script menu in iTunes.
