| would I need to up date my driver |

could you please tell me if I need to up-date my current driver.I have a vira 128 and Im running win/98.at times when im running a program or game the sound starts to sound very hoorrse!!!.If you know what I mean.so I would like to find the correct up-date files for this driver. thank you for your help.
