You need to convert the songs into wav files.
use Winamp ( www.winamp.com ) it's free.
then, in your cd burning software, create an Audio CD, and drop those wav files in, and burn the CD. I reccomend using a CD-R not a CD-RW disc, as most cd players will not read a CD-rw disc. Also, you MUST make sure that those wav files are 44Khz, 16bit Stereo. WHen the tracks are playing in winamp, it shows you the sampling rate (44Khz)

Total Recorder will work.

If you don't have that option, you can play the song back, and record it on to a tape, and then, play the tape, and record it as a wav file, however, you are going to add noise, being that the tape is analogue. However, given the low quality of Real Audio, it's not going to affect it TOO much.

i use this rater crude workaround:
While recording tracks I use sounds from my MIDI module to get the timing right, then I assign a VST instrument for playback.
While playing Cubase corrects the latency so the result is perfeclty in sync with your audio and MIDI tracks :)

Go to Audio - System
you will see your latency there
click on ASIO control panel
go to advanced options
and to reduce your latency, you need to reduce the buffer size.
But, when you reduce the buffer size to much, the VST instruments tend to stutter.

The solution to all of this is to get an audio card with asio drivers, then you can get your latency down to about 10ms (which isn't that long)

trust me don't waste the next ten years of your life trying to learn to use a program that never works right anyway. I.ve tried them all and the BEST one is Cakewalk OvertureII.
