aaron.

: hi i want to know which cubase is the best for making trance music.for synth prodacteion.

Strange question...
The best Cubase is always (in theory) the latest one... If you want to create Trance Music, I think you could achieve some good results (quickely ;-) with fruity-loop or Acid or Orion...
I suggest you to buy some good plug-ins too, sonic timeworks compressor, TC Native Reverb, and of course...
... the Ohm Boyz (hum, yes it is our poduct), here
at www.ohmforce.com
This incredible delay with resonant filter and distorsion is very powerful and should throw your music into unsuspected space depths. If you don't use it in a comemrcial way, you'll find the price incredibly attractive, too...

Pc drummer pro in Cubase VST5

is it possible to create my drum patterns in pc drummer and then use them in Cubase VST5

Re: Pc drummer pro in Cubase VST5

yes, choose 'wave export' in the File menu. when you've saved the pattern as wav file, you can import it in Cubase or in any other program.

Clueless on using files

Can I take an audio CD and using anything at this site, transpose the song to another key then burn the revised tune into a new CD? I need to provide backup for a talent show but the music is not in the optimal pitch for the singer and I'm trying to avoid investing in a karaoke machine (which would digitally change keys).

converting wave to music files....

i want to convert some wave files that only play on computers to a music file that i can play on a personal cd player but i dont know how. is there anyone out there with any knowledge as to how to do that?

Re: converting wave to music files....

Hi

You'll find software that does this at <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/cat/CD_BURNERS/">http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/cat/CD_BURNERS/</a>

<a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Nero_win32/">Nero</a> is pretty good.

Cheers
Geoff

Re: Recording LP to a CD burner

i need information regarding the "Music Match Jukebox" and its recording settings. The playlist is set and there is no problem with the CDR set-up. When we hit "Create Cd" a pop-up message appears and indicates there is a error. It doesn't specify the type of error. Please send any help possible.

Calling BOB !!!!!

Thank you for seneding me to the fasoft web site. You are obviously a knowledgeable man. What I need to know is my amp has many outputs and they are all split in two (left and right). So what cables do I need to connect to my computer? Am I right in thinking that the cable should have two phono male jacks for the amp which merge as one for the line in on the soundcard, or do i need to use the microphone input or line out. If you can help me out I will be over the moon. Thank you

lyrics to "i will never leave you"

has any one heard of that song? i need the lyrics for my voice lessons. that is the the song we are singing. if any one has the lyrics, i would appreciate it sooooo much. i would do anything to get them. thank you.

Analog to digital

I'm a 50 year old music teacher and I have a lot of tapes of student performances, my own performances, etc. I'd like to use bits of them to demonstrate my observations in a power point presentation. What do I need to be able to do (or what do I need to have) to convert a cassette tape recording to something I can use on a PC?

If you have a spare receiver kicking around you can hook you tape out to the sound card and digitally record from your tapes and LPs as well as other sources.

Re: Analog to digital

Take a look at

<a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/GoldWave/">Gold Wave</a>
<a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Cool_Edit_2k/">Cool Edit 2000</a>
<a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/TotalRecorder/">Total Recorder</a>

You'll need to connect your tape player to the line-in on your sound card then press record in one of the programs then play on your tape player. This will then produce a WAV file which you can then use in power point.

HELP with volume control

I am rather new to burning music CD's. I take songs from various CD's and copy them to my hard drive and then burn a music CD for my own use.

One problem I have found is that I can't control or adjust the volume (loudness) levels on the individual songs, so I am forever turning the volume knob up or down for each song while playing .

Is there a program out there that either lets me equalize the volume for all of the songs before I copy them to my hard drive, or allows me to equalize the volume level while I am burning the entire CD? Maybe I am not using the correct terms, and there is something already available and I just don't know the proper "buzz words" to find it.

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!!!!

Don

Re: HELP with volume control

I can't turn the volume up or down because the volume icon does not appear on my task bar. Nothing is on my taskbar except for the time.
Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is and how I can solve it?
Thnak you

Re: HELP with volume control

Got to your control panel and then to "sounds an audio device properties." (Win XP)

Re: HELP with volume control

hello, i have a problem with my wave balance in volume control. Everytime I open a MP3 Song on my computer the wave balance goes down so I can't hear anything, each time I have to turn it back up. Is there a way to make it stay up?
