Copy song info to cd

At one time I use to be able to copy cd's and all the info was transfered to my jewl case and now I cannot retrieve the info on artist and make a cover for cassette case. It say info was not in data and if it wants me to get info from " CDDB " and when I click on yes it starts looking and then says there is a error and cannot find info. At one time before I had the burner drawer replaced I had no problems. Now I can't make covers for my cd's that I burn from another cd. I am using "Creator 4 " program. Can u help me sort it out, Thank You, I'll be waiting for a answer.

getting more than 128 sound types from Yamaha PSR-530

Merry Christmas all,

I'm new to MIDI and find I can only get the 128 General Midi sounds out of my Yamaha PSR-530 and Logic Audio. Anyone who has any idea as to how I can get logic to recognise and use the other sounds built into the keyboard, Please please please take the time to send me a quick email.

I'm using Logic 4.7x on a Mac, and it IS set up correctly.

Thanks for your help! I would like information on ProTools. For the past 3 years I've been using Calkwalk Pro Audio 6.0. It feels like graduation day, and ProTools is being the talk of the town. My boyfriend wants to produce his own music. We would like to purchase a lap top as well. Pro tools is an interesting program. Can you tell me the limitations of this program and what lap top would be best to buy along with the program. We also want to look into designing our own album covers too. Thanks

Pro-Tools is a software and hardware offering and is expensive due to the fact that it was aimed at Pro recording facilities and it contains hardware outside of the computer that runs it.

how can copy my converted .wav file from .ra to cd?

i convert .ra file to .wav but when i convert it to .wav it becomes 900mb files.Actually i want to make audio cd for htat .ra file so convert it to .wav. but now iam not understand that how to copy this 900mb file to cd.
Is that any software available that split my wav file into two parts so ican easily copying it to cd.

You can use <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/programs/Cool_Edit_2k/">Cool Edit 2000</a> to split the WAV file
into 2 files. You can then burn the 2 files onto
2 CDs.

The solution to your problem is quite simple - buy
the software, same solution will work for everyone
else with the problem.

Soundforge help

Good day! Hope I'm not disturbing you, I happen to have problem and hoping that yanyone can help here. I have a soundforge 4.5 and lot of smples but can't edit them correctly. If it ain't much trouble for you pls msg me cause I really need to produce good hardhouse sound like bass, kicks, hovers and tribal sound but I have no idea how to set them...Thanks!

I have the same challenge and this is the response from Fatar USA.
The CMK149 will not always work thru the gameport, especially with the version of Windows that you have.
I would reccomend an investment in a proper MIDI interface, particularly the Midiman USB MIDISPORT 4X4, which comes with it's own software drivers that will insure that your MIDI signal will get routed to where it's supposed to go.
You can get one of these for approximately $70.00 to $100.00. Try any Sam Ash or Guitar Center.

Hello, my name's Roberto from Italy.
I used this keyboard on a SBLive! player 5.1 with a WindowsME system, and a Celeron 800Mhz CPU with 512MB of RAM. It works properly.
I use a MIDI cable on the Keyboard that connects to the computer with a GamePort (the midiport).
Are you using the MIDI port of the soundcard or the midi port of the computer? If you are usin' the midiport of the computer, check if it is able on the chipset setup (on restart), else I haven't got any idea.
-- Just today, my CMK149 doesn't work, becouse of a jump from my desktop to the floor. ah ah ah!!

I have the same problem with my midicontrol. It doesnt work thru the gameport. Do i have to buy a midinterface? I have XP but i think i should change to win 2000 pro because i´ve heard its the best winsystem.

I Can't get soundforge 4.5 to record on Windows XP

I have installed soundforge 4.5, the instruments are coming through my PC and soundforge is recording, but when it comes to playback the wave form is flat!! and no sound imits from my bastard pc....
Can anybody solve this before I put my fist through the monitor.

Compatibility

The thing is, if you adopt a operating system early on, you will always get problems with the programs you are used to using. I am not necessarily saying this IS the problem but don't beat your computer up because of your OS upgrade.

I have been running OSX on my Mac G4 for some time and use it for 80% of the work I do. I do however spend the other 20% in MacOs9.2.2 for mainly the music stuff as the upgrades for the music software I use are still on the slow boat from China...

Simple solution (I don't know if the PC or more likely Windows can hack this but) run two operating systems until all the programs you use run on the preferred system.

Infact, this answer has turned into a question for me. CAN you actually install more than one operating system on a windows machine?? I can do as many as I like on the Mac (although that seems strange) which is very handy with OSX being such a fundamental OS upgrade. ANYONE?
