Maybe the files are too too big.
Many audio programs experience huge
memory stress during audio file loading
because they have to compute and generate
the corresponding picture of the audio file's
waveform.

A good approach is to check the memory requirements of the program and verify that your
system has enough physical RAM to run the program. Sometimes all you need to do is increase the memory allocation of the application. Other times it's more complex.

A few tricks I like:

* reduce monitor screen size and colors
* reduce the disk cache to 96K
* quit the finder using an AppleScript or program
* turn virtual memory on or off

download realone player (not the free version)
and then rightclick onyour file and go to "convert format" the rest is easy

or if u have realjukebox plus

do the same except it is named"savefile type as" or somthin like that...

i know oits a pain in the arse but if u get the 14 day free trial version (not the free player) u can do ur buissness and then unsubscribe throgh customer support
that should do it if it dont just followthis guys instructions althogh i think i had the wrong version of real jukebox (or the free version) so it didnt work for me

Okay...It's very easy to convert them to mp3
In real jukebox, go to "Tools" --->"Preferences"---->"Audio Quality"

Playing CDs without a Sound Card

I used to be able to play CDs on a PC without having a sound card. However, since it was upgraded to Windows XP, the Media Player won't work without a sound card. Is there a software i can download that would work without a s.card? (unfortunately, installing a s. card is not an option :(

Can I record minidisc to cd?

yes.
Ive spent over a dam week trying to record from MD to CD and at last have a solution.

Please all recording engineers close the ears!

Ok first you have a CD Burner if not buy one.

Next goto Blaze Audio.com and download the free trial version of RIP/EDIT/BURN.

Record something onto your MD disc using a mic.

Plug the MD disc into your computer using a 3.5mm cable going from the phones socket of the MD into the Mic socket on the computer.

Open the rip/edit/burn software.

Press play on the MD and you will get a signal on the Blaze screen.

Simply record onto the Blaze Audio software.

Then burn to disc.

You can do this for records or anything!!

Hope this helps.

Connect the minidisc player to the line in on the soundcard. Get a suitable audio recorder (Cool Edit or similar). Record each track, save in WAV format, then use Easy CD to write the WAV Files to CD. It's as easy as that.

..maybe there´s one for free???

You would need to convert the files from their present format to WAV in order to use them in FruityLoops. There are a lot of format converters on this site. Just use the search engine or take a look at the format converters section of this site.

Yeah, I found that if you purchase the program and then cancel it before 14 days, that you can transfer your RMJ's to MP3's. Just use the HELP within ONE PLAYER. Do some work and look!

You must download Real One Player. Then d-load the 14day trial version, and it has a converter built in it. You can convert to mp3 or Wav. Be sure and cancel your trial version or they will start charging you a monthly fee. Hope that helped. any questions, give me a hollar!!!!
