Roland EG-101 Midi Probleme

Folgendes Problem:
Mein Roland EG-101 Groovekeyboard habe ich ordnungsgemäß mit meinem PC verbunden. ( Midi IN ; Midi OUT ; Audio OUT-IN)
Wenn ich in mein Sequenzer Programm (Logic-Audio) div. Midi-Spuren einspiele kann ich diese über GM-Midi Sounds (d.h. über meine Soundkarte) später abspielen.
Ich möchte nun dass das Sequenzerprogramm beim abspielen des eingespielten Songs das Keyboard ansteuert, sodass ich die Sounds meines Keyboards beim abspielen des Songs höre.(Als Ausgang habe ich External Midi Port gewählt)
Es ist angeblich notwendig am Keyboard und im Logic denselben Kanal auszuwählen; ich kann kein Menü am Keyboard finden wo man dies einstellen kann und in der Beschreibung wird es auch nicht erwähnt.

Könnt ihr mir erklären wie das geht?!!! (Oder ist das mit dem Roland EG-101 Groovekeyboard gar nicht möglich ?)
Bitte helft mir! Ich bin seit Monaten mit dem Problem beschäftigt und langsam am Verzweifeln.

The keyboard needs to be multitimbral. That is that it can play various parts together. Normal is a multitimbrality of 16 channels and even more today.
The Roland lingo for multitimbral channels is parts. In the Roland structure Performances consist of several Patches and Patches consist of several Parts. Try to find a Part editor somewhere in the menues, so you can assign parts to MIDI-channels, and maybe that will solve your problem.

converting wav to cda

Just a little more info on the subject.

First, there is no such thing as a .CDA audio file, and you can't convert a WAV file into one. The .CDA file is a shortcut which tells the CD player where the tracks are on the CD. If you put an audio CD in a PC and view it with Windows Explorer, you'll find a list if CDA files, all 1k in size.

All you need is a program capable of burning WAV files to CD (Easy CD Creator, Nero etc). This burns the WAV file, then adds the .CDA shortcut, making it playable on normal CD players.

You would need to burn your MP3s to CD using a program like Acoustica MP3 CD Burner. This program will automatically convert your MP3s directly to CD so that you can listen to your songs on any stereo.

There's no doubt I would like to make beats like the
Neptues. Right now I'm just looking at stuff about the Neptunes checking out if there's a website that can tell me what kind of Instruments they use to make there beats. Right now I make beats at home but I'm ready to get my CAREER going with this. Sometimes I get frustrated with all this computer terms and MIDI talk but I just say F it and I make my beats because
I enjoy doing it. My main concern is can this website tell me what the 1st major instrument I mainly
need to get music more profesional. Someone if you can give me some info about maybe what kind of instruments you use that would also be useful. Right now I have the KurZweil xs and cubase Se and I want the mpc 2000xl. So what else do I need. Oh yea I also have technic turntables a rane mixer and a korg ES-1 drum machine.

Please help

Then you'd better start taking music lessons for at least 2 instruments, probably more, one of which should be piano. This will take years of training. Also get a jazz theroy book and study it hard. Then start reading about synthesizers and digital recording, not to mention electronics and signal processig.

Seems the case with a lot of the online competitions and deal offers.

the reason is simple, look at the detailed remix agreement. the language of the agreement basically surrenders every possible right of your creation to Kinetic records. if you should take the time to create a remix that blows up, you are left with an I-mac and a trip(very little compared to standard remix prices) in fact they dont even have to let you win in order to exploit your creation. Only american law would allow a label to legally screw an artist like that.

The Software is included in the Keyboard:
Digital Recording -> Style Creater.
