MIDISOFT 4.0 help!

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the timbres of the Midi instruments in midisoft 4.0? I have several samples of 'real' drums sounds in wav format. Is it possible to set the midi timbres to these 'real' sounds and then write in notation using them. If anyone can help me I'd vastly appreciate it, or if there is another program that uses notation that can perform these feats. Thanks!!

Atmosfear Productions' band, Atmosfear, are looking for a string quartet, saxophonists and brass instrumentalists, who would like to sacrifice their summer holidays to work with them on their debut album, 'all the things...' due out in november 2004. Anyone interested will be payed a certain percentage of royalties, not in advance. An agreement/modification can be made with the artists via email.

This is the best and easyest download assistent ive found on the web and ive found it very very usfull for downloads. The best I have used so far and I have not been disapointed with download speed at times.

mim lookinfor a song with the phrases,"I was crazy for you, You were crazy for me" also in the song is "how can something so right; be so wrong. trying to find title and artist to no avail.Help.

I'm searching for the title or singer of a song that was on the flip side of an old 78 record of a black female blues singer. It started out like this: "Treat him gentle and he'll be gentle, too, be sentimental, he'll be the same with you. A man only does what a woman makes him do." I heard it in the mid-1950's and I'm sure it was an oldie then. I appreciate any help I can get.

Burning Speeds

When I burn music from a CD source everything is nice and fast - about thirty minutes for an hour of music - but when I tried to convert cassettes/LPs to CD the process slowed so much it took three hours to make a fifty minute CD.
I used AudioStation to make the wav files from the cassette/records. It was set to stereo, 44.1 Mhz, 16 bit.
I think these are the same settings Nero Express uses when it temporarily stores CD files as wavs prior to burning so why do the wavs I make myself take so much longer to burn?
BTW, if it makes a difference, my cassette/ record players have no line-outs and are connected to the pc through the headphone sockets.

If anyone reading has this same problem, I believe this is the answer - when I burned the tape/record tracks, I added noise reduction filters. It's nero's filters that slow the burning. You're probably thinking this is elementary but I bought this program with zero knowledge!

Problem using CDRWIN 3.7E !!!

ERROR: Unable to intialize the ASPI manager.
ASPI manager was not found on system.

Roxio's Spin Doctor

I am using Spin Doctor to copy LP's onto CD's. I am confused about the track naming. I can successfuly delineate the tracks and rename them as appropriate on Spin Doctor. However, when I send them to Toast the track names revert to track numbers. Is there a way to maintain the names so that when I enter the CD into iTunes I can see the tracks as I have renamed them?

I have a Roxio program (Easy Cd creator 6 to be exact) and I was just wondering if Spin Doctor is connected to it already, if so, how do I access it, and if not how do I install it. Please send me your reply as soon as you are able detailed if at all possible (I'm not that good with this stuff)Thank you.

Unless of coarse you know how I am able to burn my cassettes to CD an easier way, (which is what I am trying to do). Please send me your comments and advice. It would be much appreciated.
