It should do as you only need to be able to burn data to disc. here's a tutorial <a href="http://www.powerkaraoke.com/src/sup_faq.php">here</a> for burning with Nero or CDRWin.

I am looking for software that will let me play into my computer mic and will create sheet music for me.

Is there such an thing?

When i use reason it sometimes and quite often shows a message when trying to open the song file 'bad format' this operation could not be completed due to a bad format?????? i have asked all my mates and they haven't got a clue??????

This mainly happens when i open an existing tune and save as another tune when adjustments have been made and want to keep the new version and the old????

Magix Music Studio

I have a very (I hope!!) simple question I can't see the answer to.

I'm a court reporter and I want to copy a stereo cassette tape of an interview into digital form and burn a CD, but maintain the stereo separation so when I'm transcribing it, and the two people speak over each other, I can switch one channel out, and only hear (mostly one voice). By using various signal splitters, cables and 2 USB pods, I've managed to produce two separate tracks in Magix Music Studio 2004, one track for each original stereo channel (L and R).

My set up on Magix is

New VIP

Track 1: Left channel using USB device;
Track 2: Right Channel using USB device(2)

So how does this program blend the two tracks into one stereo track? The .pdf handbook is very informative on how to do reverb, echo, flanging and whole stack of other stuff I don't need, and I've managed to reach the file menu "Convert" function, but all the buttons are greyed out.

Is there something mind blowingly simple I'm forgetting to do?

What's really embarrassing me is that I actually managed to achieve this (about 4-5 months ago) and (a) can't remember what I did and (b) made the mistake of reading the manual.

Korg Triton problem

Hi, I own a Korg Triton. Here's a problem I'm having: I've copied a combi with arpeggiator to the sequencer. Now, when i try to record a song live into it, using the arpeggio's, afterwards (so during payback) other instruments come in along playing together with the arpeggio's. I don't know how that's possible, the other instruments (usually piched strings or so) aren't even selected in the Play/Rec pages!

morpheus freezes up

I have the newest version of morpheus. However, whenever I open it up it connects, but doesn't download and my cursor just freezes up. Then it doesn't resond to closing it up. Is this due to my installing Windows Service Pack 2? I've tried disabling my anti-virus, but that doesn't help either. I should note that after installing the service pack, I also installed Trend Micro anti-virus and Ad-Aware SE.

You need to run your MPC's audio outputs into your computer's audio interface's inputs. You also need to sync you MPC to your computer's sequencer. You need a midi interface to do this in sync. The use midi beat clock as the sync method between them.

I really don't think that you need a special program. I have music that plays while my page is loading and its simply a question of uploading your music file to your webspace. Now who ever your ISP is they may be able to help you plus you may already have a program on your computer that lets you upload files - especially music files.

old music sequencing program

Looking for a copy of Master Tracks sequencing software produced by the old Passport Designs company--copyright 1986. It's the old large floppy disk. I have an array of such disks with programmed music that I would like to access.

The other option is to ask for ideas on how to access the material using another program-disk drive, like the newer floppies, etc. Any suggestions or ideas?
