The Final track will be essentially the twice the left track - (or twice the right track depends whihc on youi flipped when making the Instrumental. If you had a TRUE instrumental version you could di it easily and I recon if its really electronic stuff you might be able to reduce the volume of some parts of a track using instrumental sections from the song.
