It is NOT the Format of this forum that we Don't Like; 2. From the standpoint of those who are giving help. 3. From the standpoint of those who are receiving help. 4. You said "We provide a high quality service for free to the overwhelming majority of our users." : Like it or not, human nature prevails. People will always come to this, and other forums, to ask questions and request answers delivered via email. Call it lazy or simply misunderstanding the culture of discussion forums - it's always going to happen. : People will also ask the same questions. It's as simple as that. I do not think any less of SMM visitors because they ask basic questions. I try to help them. Not only because it's my job, but because I believe in giving people some help when I can offer it. : In the case of the discussion forums, we're aware some people don't like the format. But bear with us eh? We provide a high quality service for free to the overwhelming majority of our users. Believe it or not, we've got over 4000 discussion forums on SMM. Switching over to a new messageboard system is not going to be as simple as an afternoon's work. : If you've got more thoughts on the issue, please offer your suggestions to our CEO Jason Horton : Warm regards
