It has about 4 different algorithms, but the Vocoder is awesome. You can load any two files and get interesting results. Another tool that can add an effect is D-Noise. It's actually a statistical tool to do audio restoration, but since you can split the noise and the signal into separate files, sometimes you get 2 goofy versions of an original bit.
