There should be some sites selling Karaoke versions of popular songs. Other than that, I would spend some time on sites like IUMA.com, NoWhereRadio.com or (if you have to) Mp3.com. There are many acts offering free downloads of their music (no recording contracts) in many different catagories. Don't forget that although the music industry has a firm grip on what people are allowed to play and sell (bands with nothing to do with them contracturally), the internet has changed this in recent years therefore there is now a lot of good and free music out there. You just have to punt around to find it.. Forget the commercial song world for a moment and see what you come up with. Rimmer
