From what I've found out, you can't. PXD files are compressed WAV files used by eJay, and it appears that there isn't anything around that converts them back to WAV format.

What i do is make a song with e-jay . Then i load the ejay pxd files in dance machine or rave machine as imported files and they appear as samples in any of these two programs. But , there is a problem, that there is no syncronization so you have to move all the samples a bit in order to get a good song as in ejay.
