hi James, Here's how to record your Redrum pattern to the sequencer: 1. Select the 'Redrum' track on the sequencer page. 2. Select (click on) the Redrum machine in the rack. 3. Go in the 'edit' menu and select the option 'copy pattern to track'. Reason will place copies of your pattern into the seqencer page between the loop points. Then, either: 4a. You will need to disable the Redrum's internal seqencer once you have done this by clicking on the two lights above the RUN button. (Enable pattern section & Pattern) or 4b. go in the edit menu again and select 'Clear Pattern'. You can then add additional percussion on top of your seqenced beats. Sorted. U might find it useful to note that the 'edit' menu in Reason changes depending on which device you have selected in your rack - there is some cool extra features in here. Hope this helps.
