What is the best software for chopping and screwing music

There are some softwares out that claim to be able to do so but really most of them are crap including Screwlab which is supposed to be the best. How I do it is using the Mp3 music mixer made by Visionsonic. You could buy one or download one from kazaa like I did. Look for PCDJ RED which looks like a regular club cd player with a mixer and record case where u store your mp3's. I am sure u know how to chop it up but just in case....
I normally cue one player at about 10 seconds and the other at the beginning of the track. Timing here is everything so just listen carefully and when the first player gets to about 10.20 seconds you start the other. With some practice you should be able to do it in no time. After the second player starts, simply bend the pitch to suit your chop or if you got it squarely on point you move to the crossfader and start chopping up the track. You will need to have a wav recorder running to record your track on the fly.

: I have just started rappin and i came out with a cd not long ago and a bunch of people asked me for a chopped and screwed versian, but i dont have the right software for that, i have magix music/video maker generation 6, can that chop music cause i dont think it can, but anyway, i need to make my money so i really need to know what the best software to chop and screw music is, if there is any, and it needs to be under a $100
