Frim- As I see it, you may be a victim of excessive flatulance vapors (EFV). You may want to record these tremors in a well ventilated area to keep your mind sharp and you hearing tuned-in. The squeezing of the cheeks and inhalation of these vapors may be hindering your ability to discern the perfect tone you are trying to achieve or already have achieved. Hope this helps!
