No. A RAM is just a meta-file which contains information
about the acutual media file.

You need the actual .ra or .rm file.

Yes. You just have to download the programm hidownload under www.hidownload.com.

Then you just have to go to
"UseFul Tools" - "Net Media Resource" under the programm tollbar,

you can use streambox ripper to convert the presentations to MP3, but you can only convert one song at a time you can't do batch.
