Akai MPC 2000 operating system software

I bought an MPC on ebay (foolish), and the seller decided not to send me the operating system disk, therefore I can't even turn the machine on. Does anyone know where I can get on of these (www.akaipro.com will not load). Thanks

i have a couple of copies of my os1.74 and i have the instructions.e-mail me at bebdigga@msn.com and i'll hit you back witit.all expenses on you..

I'm a MPC3000 owner, but I've seen the system software downloadable in a few places recently. Can't remember which one, but you can check out the MPC2000 group at Yahoo groups. They have some stuff there. You can also visit the www.mpc-tutor.com site and www.mpc2000.com sites. Between those, you'll find what you need.

Hi, Ive had a root around and dug up some mpc2000 OS programs, there's version 1.0 through to 1.74. I also found the akia formater tool as well. If this is any help drop me a line at orsonsegg@hotmail.com.
