Hello :) I have a couple of CDs (a 2CD set) that I've had for about 7 years, but not played for maybe 3 or 4. I recently noticed that they both have dulled undersides - one around the outside inch or so, and the other further into the CD. This second one has _extensive_ 'crazy paving' scratches all around the outer inch of the underside. None of this damage was caused by me, and no other CDs stored with these two, have any such problems (including ones that I've had for the same amount of time). The first CD plays ok, but the second is jumpy (not too surprising!). Any idea what has caused this and whether it is worth approaching the manufacturer? Thanks! Mia
