Do the following, Go to C:\Program Files\FLStudio4\System\Installers\VorbisACM Right click on "vorbisacm.inf" file and press Install. This should solve the problem. If the above doesn't work, download the Dumpbed wav files from the download section from the fl studio website and copy the wav files in to the fl studio's appropriate program folder.
