HOW TO USE NERO WAVE EDITOR

I recently purchased nero wave editor and now I can't get it to record tape and vinals. Can somebody help me to get this thing going.

can someone give me a step by step instruction to use the nero system, i just got it, and i have no idea how to use it and im bad with computers!
