What do you mean by Balanced Inputs? I don't know any synths that have properly balanced outputs. The best way to connect a synth to a computer is to plug the stereo outputs into a line level input. Don't expect the world from cheap soundcards. You could also DI them (meaning, plugging them through a DI (direct injection) box) or even plug it into a keyboard amp or PA and then mic them up..
