: You need to read the spec's for the desk and work out what sort of voltage AND current requirements the desk requires (maybe on the back, on a plate or plaque). If it's just a simple mains transformer, then you could buy almost any 'regulated' power supply that matches the voltage requirements and exceeds the current requirements of the desk, : Some desk PSU's have more than one winding though so if you PSU input on the desk has more than a live/earth/neutral line, then you may have to find out more about the power requirements of the desk and/or the original power supply. : Steve...R
