Do you mean that you are recording what you are hearing from the speakers? Your speakers are not being used as microphones. You just need to change your record input from "all" to "mic." This can be done by opening the windows mixer, selecting "recording" from the options->properties menu, and checking the microphone check box, and make sure every thing else is un-checked.
