Hi. I'm not trying to start a flame war, but I need your expert opinions on which is better suited for basement studio recordings on a low budget :o This is a gift for my boyfriend, and I only have about a grand or so spend on this. Tell me what you think... PC (less stable) or Mac (more expensive/less options for all-powerful HD) thanks
