: I have a pc with Windows 95 environment. How can I get tape recorded music into my computer saved as .Wav file format? What kind of plugs, software, etc. are needed? Thanx in advance. Please email me a response.

All you need is a sound card (which you probably already have) and a program like Cool Edit. Just plug the "Line Out" or "Headphones" line into the "Line In" slot on your sound card and hit record on Cool Edit.
