cubase VST 3.6 question

Is VST 3.6 able to record 20 bit resolution?
I have read so many specs and not one will clearly
give the information to whether or not VST 3.6
will record above 16 bit resolution or not. Can
anybody give me this much needed wisdom, as I am
looking to buy this software -----please,please, please.
