I am on my way to Goldwave right now to pay for a registered copy. Awesome program. I am currently converting my whole Audible Library to MP3, on three computers using three different versions of Audible Manager -- 3.5., 3.6x and 4 -- and so far only had one file hang, and it went through the second time on the same computer. One problem: this takes a lot of time and a LOT of disc space. I ended up having to make one big .wav file, then a lot of smaller ones, and THEN converting to .MP3. I have two computers with 40G hard drives, and almost ran out of space doing just two books. Anyway, much thanks for your help, and for pointing me to Goldwave. This is the kind of thing the Internet does so well. : BTW: The guy that has put together Goldwave has done an awesome job. I think he is exceptionally deserving of the shareware fee. I encourage everyone to support efforts like this one by purchasing the programs.
