A .CDA file is not a video file, or an audio file - it is simply a shortcut placed on an audio CD telling the player where the track starts and finishes. Put any music CD in a PC and look at it with Windows Explorer and you'll see that the CDA files are only 1k in size - hardly much room to put music in. If you want to extract an audio file from a CD, you'll need a ripper (www.cdex.n3.net)
