You can't - at least not on complex music. Cnce a track has been converted to stereo (i.e. mp3), it's virtually impossible to convert it back (you try picking out every note an instrument plays when combined with all the other instruments, vocals etc.). Some programs can do it, but only on very simple music (e.g. one or two instruments). Lister
